Like I said, bear with me for this one..I spent a GOOD bit of time researching and planning this post and writing it out before hand...only to forget it...but things happen for a reason, and we will get thru it :) We will be jumping around, as this post isnt for one single thing, but quite a few, and instead of separating and writing post after post, I am just gonna run thru a a few....I research all the time, i look for deals and ideas and whatever else i can think of...I like to learn, myself, constantly...you can never know too much about anything...and I came across some truly interesting info,....so here we go...

BLACK FRIDAY STRATEGIES:
The dreaded black friday....its just around the corner...to some its their favorite shopping day of the year, to others, they hate it but go for the deals anyways...and well there are those, that just totally avoid it. I run anywhere between all three...depending on the year, really a lot of the time, you are tricked into thinking you are getting some phenomenal deal just because its BLACK FRIDAY...and its quite often NOT the case...a good bit of the time, that item will be at that price again before the holiday...there are the few amazing steals that people sleep out side in sub zero temps to grab a laptop or TV..i will never be one of those people...because again evenrtually even if right after the holiday you will still find something similar and it will save the fights, the crowds and the hassle..and there is also another trick...VISA AND MASTERCARD!!!!! Did you know that they will reimburse you the difference of the BLACK FRIDAY price and the price you purchased your item at???? CLAIMS MUST BE WITHIN 60 days of the ad, you MUST have your receipt and (i always have a copy of the ad) and you can contact them for a claim form ((purchase needs to be made BEFORE black friday but NEAR it....so when the ads come out is a good time to grab some of the things)...so you got to sleep in, you got what you wanted, and needed, and you got the SAME price!!! :) WOW!!!!! ((some limitations occasionally apply))
If there is an item that you have at the top of your list, a toy that your child must have, whatever the case may be, it would be a GREAT time to use www.pricegrabber.com, you can set up to be alerted when prices drop...and have a heads up on the RIGHT time to buy...this of course works YEAR round as well....so USE IT!!! :)
PLAN YOUR TRIP!!!!! BIGGEST ITEM FIRST...CALL THE STORES AHEAD..see JUST WHEN their sale items come out, how early you can grab one and get in line and WHERE the item will be located...because they like to throw items in UNUSUAL places sometimes, and people think they are gone and thats not the case...last year, I found TAY's little sewing machine(we upgraded fromt the kids one to a 7 stitch brother) out in the lawn and garden section at walmart...and i stumbled on it by accident, as i had thought they were OUT and was just going out that way to grab sand for my trunk.
WEDNESDAY before THANKSGIVING will be AD DAY!!! YOU MAY WANNA GRAB A FEW PAPERS...because often those ads have BONUS coupons, special deals for the first however many customers, free gufts or % off total purchase....thats NOT a paper you wanna miss..and you def wanna have your coupons!!! and you WANT TO HAVE YOUR BINDER FOR BLACK FRIDAY...GET A TOTE AND CARRY IT WITH YOU..ALL YOUR COUPONS, ALL YOUR ADS, CALCULATOR, PAPER and PEN!!!! Often you stumble on even grocery deals, beauty deals, etc that you didnt expect, grocery stores do black friday too!!! So be prepared...and as a SUPER SAVVY MAMA i KNOW you will be!!!! You also want to have the policies with you in that binder, the last thing you need is to have an item at a great price, some great coupons and a cashier that doesnt know the policies..and YES it happens.....!!! ((i got thrown out of Rite Aid a few weeks ago, because a cashier was upset i said I KNEW the policy and she kept screaming she worked there for once i DID NOT lose my cool but she would NOT wait on me...i didnt have my binder for the first time ever, but i went home, got it out, called corporate, got gift cards and took it to the store, let her read the policy...and got my items!!!!))

ALSO...use www.pricepinx.com to WATCH for ONLINE prices to DROP, set alerts!!!
You can avoid the mall this way..this year many retailers will start to drop prices THANKSGIVING NIGHT at 11:59pm ONLINE!!!! remember then to use www.retailmenot.com to search coupon codes...i will try to have a coupon code list for stores as well ready for you all!!! you can also find printable coupons on there as well...store by store it will bring up all online and in store ones per your search...ALSO when you find coupons for ONLINE...if you see one for $$ OFF, and a FREE SHIPPING one...TRY IT AT CHECK OUT!!!! Often, online retailers ALLOW you to stack, i KNOW the disney store does....so always try to maximize your savings...again i will try to pull a list togethe from ALL of my resources in a blog post for you all of the most popular stores so they are at your fingertips!!! ((doing my best gals!!!))
My crafty friends...JoAnns will offer a GREAT deal that morning, % off purchase which always includes sale items too, and YOU CAN STACK THERE, so if there are full price items you can use multiple 40-50% off ONE item coupons, ONLY valid on FULL price ITEMS, AND THEN A 20-30% OFF TOTAL PURCHASE and that includes sale items..i know i have talked to some of you before and some get excited if they have a 40% coupon...HOWEVER Joanns has sales all the time..and since thats ONLY valid on FULL PRICE..its really not that great...you need the TOTAL PURCHASE coupons to max out..and i neve shop without them...EVER!!!!!
Moving on...
in the morning..i will post the best paper options that i can...it will be this week or next that the paper is stacked with coupons....so get ready!!! especially w the holidays coming...remember blk friday is also great for groceries..turkey prices will really plummet...got one 15lb bird last year for $2 something!!! an cooked him up on XMAS...i LOVE cooking turkey tho....they will drop other prices as well..the pumpkin etc...STOCK UP! pumpkin cheesecake, gobs etc are great for office parties and XMAS too!!
I spent some time while i was off work for so long with my injuries, looking at work at home options..there are a TON of scams out there...but there are some really legit deals too....even for those working, some offer flex schedules you can do evenings, wknds, whenever YOU CHOOSE...and can make extra money...some pay a little some decently...but anything is better than nothing...a lot you just need a phone line and high speed internet. ATT MOBILITY i know offers at home customer service. LIVEOPS.com is another that you can do customer service from home. to find legit opportunities you NEVER want to search work at home, as that will bring up 99% scams.... indeed.com is a good search site for legit postings, you can also search tele work, home office, telecommuting jobs, things like that.... to get REAL postings...ALSO one of the best sources is www.tjobs.com CHECK it out, if you are looking for some extra income, need income, etc....never hurts to try and to keep trying until you find something!!! I have more of a list in my briefcase, sitting under my desk....so i will keep you posted, but again those are the best starting places anyways...(and again just use those search terms in google and remember to avoid using work from home, holidays are coming...be proactive, anything is btetter than struggling.
