**Most Customer Service Careers from home, will require you to have high speed internet, a dedicated phone line, with a corded phone, and often a headset as well. They may require certain programs, etc. And many do require you to pay or supply an up to date background check in certain or all areas. (I myself have had to do this for MANY things, so this is a LEGITIMATE reason for a company to request a payment....if they are requesting payment for other things or for you to obtain info on the company, then it probably best to move on...or check back here with myself. BUt the checks are LEGIT....in most cases.)

This company IS legit, they WILL require payment for a background check. Mostly inbound calls on a variety of programs, depending on what you are selected for. Very flexible hours, you block 30 minutes at a time, but must be totally available those minutes, your stats get you more calls and you invoice per talk minute, dependent on client. I have done some Licensed work for them (as I have my insurance Licenses) and invoiced a pretty decent income. They provide excellent online training tools and access to systems for your use with calls. They do go thru a hefty screening process with reps, and testings, so be prepared to do whatyou should to obtain this great opportunity. Remember again its NOT an INSTANT full time job with massive amounts of income, it will take time, and the proof of your ability and dedication...which if you are serious about working from home, should be NO problem to do. They will require a dedicated phone line and high speed internet.Neither can be satelitte based, but DSL/Cable are FINE and remember you can save invoices for taxes, as you will own your business and be a contractor with the company. Using a tax pro is best in this circumstance until you learn and see how that portion is done.

You are an employee rather than independent contractor and get paid by the hour rather than by talk time. Must be able to call Golden, CO without excessive phone bills, so if you live outside that area a flat rate long distance service is strongly recommended. Read the FAQ before applying.
